INSIDE FOOT PASSES

KEY POINTS:

Using a partner or a wall, practise passing the ball with the inside of your foot. 

Challenge yourself to do 5 x right foot and 5 x left foot to strengthen both feet.

1st TIME PASSES

KEY POINTS:

Using a partner or a wall, practise passing the ball 1st time in return to your team-mate/wall.

Challenge yourself on both feet, and count your longest sequence of 1st time passes in a row.

ACCURACY PASSING

KEY POINTS:

Create a target (e.g. cone, bottle or team-mate) to practise your passing accuracy.

Challenge yourself to practise both your left and right foot in passing into your target.
