With the ball just in front of your feet, drag it back with the soul of your foot, before pushing it away with your laces, and repeat.
How many Drag Backs + Pushes can you complete inside 1 minute?
Keep the ball off the floor using any part of your body (avoid using your hands) for as many touches as possible. You may wish to allow one bounce between each kick to start with.
